Learn how to made the marinade that they use to make the meat so tasty and enjoy a BBQ with the perfect flavor of Hawaii.
Ingredients for Hawaiian BBQ:
- skinless chicken thighs, spare ribs or any meat you want to use
- 1 cup soy sauce
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 4-5 cloves of garlic (chopped)
- 1 1/2 Tablespoon ginger (chopped)
- 1 small onion (sliced)
- Butter
Marinade instructions
- Mix the brown sugar and soy sauce together Keep mixing untilsugar is dissolved in the soy sauce
- Add in the garlic, ginger and Onion. Mix and let Mixturee sit for a few minutes
- Put meat and marinade into a zip lock bag. Let this marinade for at least 4 hours
Grilling instructions
- Put meat on the Grill and cook to perfection place pyrex dish on the hot grill and let melt the butter
- When the meat is done place the meat in the pyrex to let swim in butter.
- Add the chopped green onions
Serve with the famous hawaiian macaroni Salad and sticky rice
